Terms and Conditions
Billing
1. All Deposits Are Nonrefundable For Regular Vehicle: Cancellations must be done via certified letter to AE Limo 24 hrs. Prior to your pickup Time. If you want to cancel your contract, and there are less than 24 hours Days your pickup time, you will be responsible to pay the total contract price which will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are more than 24 hours your pickup time can cancel and pay only the 50% that have already been paid as per the terms of this contract.
2. All Deposits Are Nonrefundable For Stretch:
LIMO: Cancellations must be done via certified letter to AE limo 7 days prior to your pickup Time. If you want to cancel your contract, and there are less than 7 Days your pickup time, you will be responsible to pay the total contract price which will be charged to the credit card on file. If there are more than 7 days your pickup time can cancel and pay only the 50% that have already been paid as per the terms of this contract.
Car Seats
Will be add $15.00 for each car seat
Cleaning
There will be a $250.00 cleaning surcharge for vomiting incidents. A fee of $100 for each carpet or seat burn. Mostly depends on how much to fix
Damages
A. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by client or any members of their party
B. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter
Drugs & Alcohol
No Illegal drug usage. Violation will result in early termination with no refunds
No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcohol, if alcohol is permitted in the vehicle. Violation will result in early termination of service no refunds
Lost Items
We are not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen property.
Miscellaneous
All Tolls, Parking Fees, Gas, Gratuity and Taxes are not included in the price.
Overages & Wait Times
Point to Point: Overtime will be billed after first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
Domestic Flight: Overtime will be billed after first 30 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet
International Flight: Overtime will be billed after first 60 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet
Passenger Behavior
Persons who are unruly or disruptive or conduct illegal activities will be removed from the vehicles at the discretion of the driver and no refunds will be issued
Domestic Flight: Overtime will be billed after first 30 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet
International Flight: Overtime will be billed after first 60 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet

Pick-up/Drop-off Locations
Illustrate what a safe pick-up/drop-off location will look like. Provide measurements that will be ideal for your largest buses and describe the results of unsafe conditions.
Seating Capacity
No one allowed in the vehicle more than vehicle seating capacity which is not covered by insurance
Smoking
No smoking in the vehicles. There will be a $250 fine for smoking. Violation will result in a $100 fine per incident.
