Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our chauffeurs' schedules. Our policy ensures fair treatment for both our clients and our professional team.

Sedans & SUVs

Standard executive vehicles for airport transfers and corporate travel.

24-Hour Notice

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to pickup receive a 100% refund. Within 24 hours, the full estimated fare will be charged.

Limos, Vans & Buses

Specialty vehicles, stretch limousines, and large group transporters.

72-Hour Notice

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to pickup receive a 100% refund. Within 72 hours, a fee of 50% to 100% applies.

No-Show Policy

A booking is considered a "No-Show" if the passenger is not at the designated pickup location within the grace period and cannot be reached by dispatch or the chauffeur.

*No-shows are charged the full booking amount including gratuity.

Weather & Flight Delays

We monitor all commercial flights. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost. However, cancellations due to cancelled flights still follow our standard 24-hour policy for sedans/SUVs.
