Terms of Service

Welcome to American Eagle Car and Limo Service. By using our website and scheduling our luxury ground transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Reservations and Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. A reservation is considered finalized only when you receive a confirmation email with a designated Booking Reference ID and your payment/deposit has been processed.

Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, and flight details (if applicable). American Eagle is not liable for delays resulting from inaccurate passenger-submitted information.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full estimated fare.
• Stretched Limousines, Sprinters, and Buses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a fee of 50% to 100% of the booking value.
• No-Shows: If a client fails to show up at the designated pickup location within the grace period (40 minutes for airport arrivals, 15 minutes for non-airport pickups) without contacting our dispatch team, the booking will be marked as a no-show and charged in full.

3. Rates, Fees, and Tolls

Rates are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle class as specified in our booking systems. Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra stops requested during the trip (charged at our standard stoppage fee rate).
• Extended waiting times beyond the free grace periods.
• Airport parking fees, road tolls, and local Florida service taxes (included in final estimates).
• T&C Violation Fees:
  • Smoking or Vaping in vehicle: $250.00
  • Excessive cleaning (sickness, spills, etc.): $150.00 - $300.00
  • Physical damage to vehicle: Actual repair cost + $100.00 administrative fee
  • Illegal substance use or underage drinking: $500.00 + immediate trip termination

4. Passenger Conduct and Safety

For safety and compliance with Florida transportation regulations:

• Smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in any of our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Underage consumption of alcohol is forbidden by Florida law. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
• Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger is behaving in an unsafe, disorderly, or threatening manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely service, American Eagle is not liable for delays, missed flights, or route interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, severe traffic congestion, road closures, airport security delays, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

7. Florida For-Hire Regulatory Compliance

American Eagle Car and Limo Service operates in strict compliance with municipal for-hire vehicle requirements. We hold Florida For-Hire License #FH-10875 and maintain comprehensive passenger liability insurance.
